This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on StoreWebview VIP. We comply with Vietnamese Consumer Protection Law 2010, EU Directive 2011/83/EU, and PayPal/VNPAY merchant requirements.
1. Digital Products β Important Notice
All products on our platform are digital goods (source code, mobile apps, game assets, spine animations). Once downloaded, the buyer obtains a working copy that cannot be "returned" in the physical-goods sense. Under EU law, the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off) does not apply once the digital download has been initiated, provided you consented to immediate delivery at checkout.
By clicking "Download" or "Get" on any product, you acknowledge:
- Immediate delivery of the digital product.
- Express waiver of your right of withdrawal for that specific product under EU Art. 16(m).
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
Eligible
- Product not as described: the product significantly differs from its listing (missing files, corrupted archive, wrong version).
- Technical failure on our side: download link broken, payment processed but order not created.
- Duplicate purchase: you accidentally bought the same item twice within 24 hours.
- Unauthorized transaction: your account was compromised and used without your consent (contact us within 30 days).
Not eligible
- Change of mind after successful download.
- Compatibility issues with your specific platform/OS version when the listing stated supported versions correctly.
- Lack of technical skill to use the product as documented.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (except for unauthorized-transaction claims β 30 days).
3. How to Request a Refund
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to /profile/orders and open the order.
- Click Request Refund and select the reason.
- Provide supporting evidence: screenshots, error logs, or a brief description.
- Submit. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 7 business days.
Alternatively, email support@storewebview.com with your order code (format: ORD-XXXXXX) and the issue description.
4. Refund Processing
- PayPal: refunded to your original PayPal balance or linked card within 3-5 business days.
- VNPAY / Bank transfer (VND): refunded to your original bank account within 5-10 business days.
- Wallet balance: credited back to your site wallet instantly.
Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded product (download links, license) is revoked. Any attempt to continue using a refunded product constitutes license violation.
5. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or PayPal, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved directly and chargebacks incur fees that raise prices for all customers. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription purchases can be cancelled at any time via /profile/subscription. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; the current period remains active until its end date. No pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
7. Author / Seller Products
Products sold by third-party authors are subject to the same refund policy. When we issue a refund, the corresponding amount is deducted from the seller's earnings balance.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:
- Escalate to our senior support team: support@storewebview.com.
- File a complaint with the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
- For EU customers: use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy. Changes apply only to purchases made after the update. Past orders retain the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
