StoreWebview VIP respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Β§512), Vietnam's Law on Intellectual Property (No. 50/2005/QH11, amended), and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. This page explains how to submit and respond to copyright infringement notices.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied and posted on our platform without your authorization, please submit a takedown notice containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (URL, title, or description sufficient to locate it).
- Identification of the infringing material, including its URL on our platform (e.g.
https://storewebview.com/product/example-slug). - Your contact information: full legal name, postal address, phone, email.
- A good-faith statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- A sworn statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf."
2. Designated Agent
DMCA notices must be sent to our designated agent:
Copyright Agent β StoreWebview VIP
Email: dmca@storewebview.com
(Preferred method β electronic delivery required for fastest response)
Include "DMCA Takedown" in the subject line. Incomplete notices may be ignored; include ALL six elements above to ensure processing.
3. Our Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a properly-formatted notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material expeditiously (typically within 3 business days).
- Notify the user who posted the material of the takedown and forward the notice.
- Record the takedown for audit and repeat-infringer tracking.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with Β§512(i), we terminate the accounts of users who, in appropriate circumstances, are repeat infringers. "Repeat" generally means receiving three (3) or more valid DMCA notices within 12 months. Account termination forfeits any remaining balance and active listings.
5. Counter-Notification
If your material was removed and you believe it was done in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A sworn statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material."
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., where our service is located).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
Send counter-notices to the same DMCA agent email above with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice".
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
6. False Claims
Under Β§512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Don't submit false notices.
7. Non-DMCA Disputes
This procedure applies to copyright claims. For trademark disputes, privacy complaints, or other issues, use our general contact form.
8. Vietnamese Law Compliance
For claims under Vietnamese IP Law, we also accept notices in Vietnamese language at the same agent email. Required elements are substantively identical; we process both DMCA (U.S.) and Vietnamese-law notices through the same workflow.
9. Preservation of Rights
This DMCA procedure does not limit our right to remove content that violates our Terms of Service or this License Agreement for any other reason.
