This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of digital products purchased or downloaded from StoreWebview VIP. By completing a purchase or downloading a product, you accept the terms below. If you do not agree, do not download or use the product.
1. License Types
Each product on our platform carries one of the following license types, displayed on its detail page. The license grants specific rights; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Standard License (default for most products)
- Non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the product in one (1) end product (one app, one website, one game) that you own or operate.
- End product may be distributed commercially to end users.
- The product file itself (source code, asset, binary) cannot be redistributed as-is or in a competing asset marketplace.
- End users of your product are not granted rights to extract or reuse the underlying asset.
Extended License
- All Standard License rights, plus use in multiple end products under the same brand/owner.
- Use in paid/premium templates or SaaS distribution permitted.
- Still no redistribution of the raw asset file.
Developer / Team License
- Use by a team or organization. Specify seat count at checkout.
- Each seat = one developer with direct access to source files.
Free / Open-Source License
- Where explicitly labeled, products may be released under MIT / Apache 2.0 / CC-BY and similar open licenses. The license text bundled with the product takes precedence.
2. What You CAN Do
- Use the product in your end product (commercial or non-commercial) consistent with the license type.
- Modify, adapt, translate, and create derivative works for your end product.
- Include the product as a component of a larger application you sell or distribute.
- Make backup copies for your own use.
- Transfer your license to a new owner if you sell your entire end product (one-time transfer; notify us).
3. What You CANNOT Do
- Redistribute the product itself as a stock asset, template, or download.
- Sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the product to third parties outside your end product.
- Use in unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, or hateful applications.
- Claim authorship of the original product.
- Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or author attribution required by the license type.
- Use the product to train machine-learning models or generative AI systems without a specific AI-training license.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms for competitive analysis.
4. Author Attribution
Every downloadable package includes a StoreWebview-Info.txt file identifying the original author and this platform. You are required to preserve these files in your project source (they don't need to appear in end-user-visible UI). Removing the author info file constitutes license violation.
5. Intellectual Property
- Copyright in each product remains with its original author.
- StoreWebview VIP acts as a marketplace and does not claim ownership of author-uploaded works.
- Derivative works you create are your intellectual property, subject to the continued validity of the underlying license.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The author and marketplace make no guarantee that the product will be error-free, fit for your specific use case, or compatible with all third-party tools.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreWebview VIP and authors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use a product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a single product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must stop using and destroy all copies of the product. License violation may result in account suspension, refund reversal, and legal action.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Vietnam unless the product's author has specified a different jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved via the dispute procedure in our Terms of Service.
